County Trial Court, Michigan Along with electronic filing, this site include a
searchable database of unpublished trial court opinions, immediate docket access for
lawyers, police and litigants, and a daily list that enbales attorneys and litigants to
get immediate and non-telephonic information regarding orders that have been signed by the
court.

Dallas
5th District Court of Appeals Besides boasting 10,000 opinions available on-line, this
site uses a Microsoft-based innovation called eNotes!®. Users register an email name, and
then subscribe for any case(s) they might wish to monitor. If the case(s) change, the
system sends an email of the change!
