it is imperative that freedom of access to public records registered in the courts should not be regulated by the courts. The freedom of obtaining information should not in any manner be hindered by public servant, including the judiciary. The courts of the land have sufficiently eroded the Fourth Amendment to make it meaningless...its both frightening and scary.
