Do you think that providing case data on the Internet will unduly reduce the privacy of litigants? Absolutely not. All such opinions are already available online to those who are willing to pay. If privacy were the real concern, means wouldn't matter.

Even if the information is searchable and queryable? If its public data, what matter if it is easier to assimilate and explore?
