A new page has replaced the Table of Contents section.  The new "How Do I" page contains links to all of the main pages directly from a single page.  The contents are grouped into 4 information categories - Opinions; Case Information; The Front Desk and Communications.  Of particular importance is the communications section because it contains the links for the "Registration" and "Subscription" for case and opinions activity notifications.

97/10/11
The 5th Court site has implemented a new feature that allows registration for case and opinion notifications. Users register their email address using the Registration Form. By return email, the user will receive registration confirmation and instructions for "Subscribing" their case numbers. The CourtStuff.com automated system will then email the details back to the user's emailbox if changes/filings/events/opinions occur for "Subscribed" cases. The system is in "beta" testing (and the format of the data being transmitted back to the user is still being refined), but when fully functional, it is anticipated that automated email case updates will be transmitted nightly. The URL's for Subscribing, Unsubscribing, Docket Sheets, and Requesting a summary listing of a user's case number subscriptions can be found on the "How Do I" forms

These changes make it possible to search for opinions for any specific date.
